We are results-oriented and are motivated by achievement, which we measure in terms of meeting clients’ requirements completely within the agreed upon time frames. Added Approach does not “steamroll” the client with statistics and cold paperwork, but would rather add a personal and sincere human touch. As a Consultancy that is quality conscious, we do not compromise our excellent service standards. We have been operating as an entity since December 1998, and have in the process amassed knowledge in the Human Resources field and a database of quality applicants at various levels across all fields. We boast a large number of businesses (Preferred Employer status) that we service. The company is 100% owned by a female of an African descent. We employ qualified personnel in a form of full time Human Resources Consultants & Practitioners and Freelance Consultants.
